Our beautiful, open and bright
studio can be rented for classes, rehearsals, meetings, workshops,
photo shoots, seminars, and more. Space includes mirrors, nice floors,
cozy lounge, tall ceilings, clean bathroom, lots of natural light,
and easy street parking. Possible access to large covered outdoor studio
space as well.

SmART Space is available for a one-time
use or on-going basis.
One-time usage payment is required in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
All rental deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. We require 14 days notice to cancel any one-time rental. Without proper notice 100% rental fee will be charged.
