At SmART Space your child and party guests will enjoy a truly unique and creative party. We take pride in providing a party experience like none other!

All SmART Space parties include:
  • Private 2 hour party in our two studio spaces.
  • Party Coordinator and minimum of 1 additional staff
  • All Activities and Entertainment lead by Creative Specialists
  • Art materials for a unique project that each child takes home!
  • Birthday decorations, including one dozen balloons, and bright table covers.
  • All Set-up and CLEAN-UP!
  • Party Packages include up to 15 kids
    (All kids walking and older are counted)
  • Each additional child is $20
     (maximum of 20 kids)
   

Additional Stuff:      

  • SmART Space can provide Pizza and Juice for the kids ($4.50 per child).
  • We can also provide a cupcake decorating station ($3.50 per child).

PARTY PARENTS PROVIDE:

This party is for the Renaissance Kid! Party guests will have a blast exploring art, music, and movement through a wide variety of activities. Party Package includes an age-appropriate art project, interactive and creative party games, and a group art station!

Ages 3-4LIL’ ONES MAKE MUSIC

You’re never too little to party! The Lil’ Ones party includes awesome music and movement games structured just for this age group and lead by a music specialist. There is plenty of entertainment here as partygoers make a birthday collage then rock out with music!

Ages 6-12 DRAMA WORKSHOP

$525 (for up to 15 kids)

This dramatic party includes a fun-filled adventure in theater games, improvisation, dress-up and more! Party kids get to create their own special play lead by a drama teacher, and then perform for their parents.

Ages 5-12 DANCE PARTY

$525 (for up to 15 kids)

These parties ROCK! A Professional Dancer/Instructor leads the partygoers through simple and fun dance moves. The party ends with a dance number where all the kids get to show off their signature moves! Dance Party Choice: Hip Hop, Bellydance, Rock N Roll / Grease, or Princess Ballerina

Ages 6 and upYOGA BOOGIE PARTY

$525 (for up to 15 kids)

Start by decorating a birthday bracelet then enjoy an awesome yoga workshop complete with yoga poses, fun chanting, groovy music, and yoga freeze dance!

Ages 4-6 PIRATES' PARTY

$575 (for up to 15 kids)

Ahoy, Matey! Play Pirates games, decorate a treasure box or map and go on a wild treasure hunt!

Ages 7 and upPIRATES' PARTY PLUS

Enjoy your own Swashbuckling and Swordplay workshop, decorate a pirate’s t-shirt and play pirate games!

Ages 4 and upDRUM CIRCLE PARTY

Make your own drum or shaker and be a part of an exciting musical drum circle with instruments from around the world! This unique percussion party will entertain party guests of all ages.

Ages 7-12TOTALLY TIE-DYE!

$600 (for up to 15 kids)

Far Out!  If you wanna celebrate in a totally groovy way, this colorful party is for you! Each party guest gets to make their very own unique tie-dye creation in addition to enjoying art, games, and music.

Ages 3-7DRAMAGINATION

Fairy-Tale Theater Workshop for children: Dress-Up, Creative Movement, Dramatic Play and more!

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:


  • Pizza: - We can supply Pizza, Juice and Paper Goods for $4.50  per child (minimum of 15 kids) If you want to order extra pizza and paper goods for parents we can supply extra large pizzas for $25 each.
  • Cupcakes: Decorate your own cupcakes to create edible art: $3.50 per cupcake

Birthday Party Reservations:

  • Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $150.00.
  • Maximum amount of kids per party is 20. Party count includes all children who are walking and older.
  • Final count of Birthday Guests – Wednesday before the party we will call for the birthday count. As of that Wednesday and the count you give us, we will charge you for the final number of guests even if the actual number of attending children is lower than what you predicted.
  • All parties must conclude within 10 minutes of scheduled party end time. Additional time beyond scheduled party end time will be billed at $50 per 10 minutes.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Important Stuff You Should Know...

WHEN TO ARRIVE TO YOUR PARTY:

  • You may arrive 15 minutes before your party.  Please do not arrive any earlier as our staff will be cleaning / setting up. All food / balloon deliveries must arrive 30 minutes prior to the party.

FOOD QUESTIONS:

  •   If pizza, juice and cupcakes are not provided by SmART Space, party parents need to bring all drinks and food (including cake and candles) and all paper goods/serving utensils.
  •    We recommend serving finger foods. With small children, the fewer utensils the better.
  •    We do NOT have facilities for keeping food cold or hot, so please plan accordingly.
  •    SmART Space staff will not assist with unloading or loading your car, so please pack lightly.
  •    RESTRICTED ITEMS: No ice-cream cakes allowed, no chocolate candy, no popcorn, and no piñatas.
  •    All food must be served and consumed in our outdoor studio space.
  •    Handling / Cleaning fee will be charged if restricted items or extreme mess is made at your party.

VENDORS

  • No outside entertainment / vendors allowed without prior approval.

DECORATIONS

  • We provide one dozen brightly colored balloons. You may bring in additional balloons. Any additional decorations are not allowed unless approved in advance by SmART Space.
  • If you have a theme, you are welcome to bring in matching table covers, just let us know in advance. Otherwise, we provide bright table covers.

GRATUITY

  • Please note that gratuity for the party staff is not included in the package prices.  While gratuity is not required, it’s greatly appreciated by our hard-working party staff! Please CASH ONLY for tips.

This is a special party for your child, your family, and your guests. SmART Space has hosted many birthday parties (over one hundred!) and everyone always has a super time, so just relax and enjoy the party! We’ll take care of the rest…
